FAQ

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled with a full refund if they have not yet been dispatched. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders are shipped in batches weekly, meaning the process time for all orders are between 1-7 days. All orders are shipped from the UK.

Q: My order is a gift that I need by a specific date, can you post it before then?
A: Yes, of course! Please let me know in the buyer's note & I'll do my best to accomodate. You can also tell me a note to write on your behalf as well.

Q: When do you post preorders?
A: Preorder items will be dispatched around the date stated in each specific preorder release.

Q: What do I do if my order arrived incorrectly?
A: The shop is run entirely by one person, it is possible that an error was made. If this is the case, please contact @luvnder.r on Instagram & if validated, your order will be corrected at no extra cost.

Q: I didn't recieve my order due to an error I made with my address
A: If the order was sent back to us due to a mistake you made, you will be contacted to choose between two options:
1) We can send you an invoice for another shipping attempt and reship your order.
2) We can provide a refund minus shipping fee (a partial refund).

Q: I'm an American customer, will I be paying tarrifs after delivery?
A: Nope! Royal Mail has launched PDDP delivery where everything is paid upfront. What you pay is what you'll recieve.

Q: My acrylic charms arrived scratched!
A: That's actually the protective plastic film on top of the charm. If you peel it, you'll see it's perfect underneath.
