REFUND POLICY
Refunds are unfortunarely unavailable UNLESS the item(s) was damaged or lost during shipping (with tracked shipping).
Refunds are also not available for incorrectly input delivery address. 

CANCELLATION
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been dispatched.
Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.

BEFORE ORDERING
Please double check that your items and address are correct before checkout.
Refunds will be denied if the address or order was input incorrectly. By placing your order, you are confirming your address and items are correct*

*Address and items changes can be made if your order is not yet dispatched. If you think you have made a mistake, please contact us ASAP via the contact page.

TRACKING
Both tracked and untracked shipping are options provided at checkout to give customers a more affordable service. However, tracked shipping is highly recommended. Lost, untracked orders will not be refunded (some exceptions may apply) as once dispatched, the order is out of our control. If your untracked parcel is lost, please contact your courier.
